Tenth Revolution Group, in Madrid, is seeking an AI-driven Salesforce Engineer to advance scalable, business-critical Salesforce solutions across markets.

Role demands strong Apex/Salesforce knowledge, API integrations, and experience with AI-enabled development tools, plus collaboration across Product, Business, and Engineering teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex and Salesforce best practices.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1).
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security model, and data modelling.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience working with Git, code reviews, and structured deployment processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical challenges.

We're partnering with a leading company in the automotive sector looking for an AI-Driven Salesforce Engineer to join its engineering team and help evolve scalable, business-critical solutions across multiple markets.

This is an opportunity for a Salesforce professional who combines strong platform expertise with a modern engineering mindset, including advanced use of AI-powered development tools.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex.


• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems through APIs.

Strong candidates will have experience with:

• AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.


• Creating effective prompts and reusable AI workflows.


• Using AI for development, debugging, documentation, testing, and automation.


• Reviewing and validating AI-generated solutions with strong technical judgment.

Nice to Have

• Lightning Web Components (LWC).


• Node.js or TypeScript.
