Ecofiltro Europe is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist based in Barcelona, Spain, with a hybrid work model. The role leads end-to-end creation of high-performing assets for paid social, organic content, and select offline channels.

You will transform performance insights into scalable creative, manage formats across video, static, and motion, and continuously iterate using testing data and AI tools to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating performance-focused creative for paid social
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
• Proven ability to produce high-volume, testable assets
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok and Google Ads specs
• Portfolio with performance video and static ads

Responsibilities

• Create hook-driven video and static ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Produce short-form organic content for Reels, Stories, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design static assets and motion graphics balancing brand with platform-native execution
• Adapt concepts across formats: 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 1.91:1
• Edit raw footage/UGC into performance assets and brief creators
• Own video finishing: sound, pacing, captions for sound-on/off
• Produce materials for offline touchpoints: retail, events, print
