Talan – Positive Innovation está buscando un Analista de código impulsado por IA en Málaga. Diseñarás, analizarás y optimizarás soluciones de software con prácticas modernas de ingeniería y herramientas de IA para acelerar análisis y documentación.

Trabajarás de forma híbrida con equipos globales, revisando aplicaciones Java y Spring Boot para mejorar calidad, rendimiento y seguridad. Se valorará experiencia en entornos Agile y tecnologías de nube.

Formación

• Se requiere mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional como Desarrollador/a o Analista de código.
• Experiencia sólida en Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Maven y REST APIs.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de control de versiones y pipelines de CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones técnicas que cumplan requisitos.
• Analizar, revisar y optimizar aplicaciones Java y Spring Boot para mejora de rendimiento y escalabilidad.
• Reducir deuda técnica aplicando mejores prácticas de codificación.
• Colaborar con equipos para identificar cuellos de botella y proponer mejoras técnicas.
• Apoyar desarrollo backend y frontend siguiendo estándares modernos.
• Documentar soluciones técnicas usando Jira y Confluence.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, analyzing, and optimizing software solutions by combining modern software engineering practices with AI-powered development tools.You will review and improve existing applications, reduce technical debt, enhance code quality, and help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for Trading Controls applications. Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, you will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, documentation, and software delivery.**Key Responsibilities*** Design and develop technical solutions and software components that meet business and technical requirements.* Analyze, review, and optimize Java and Spring Boot applications to improve code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.* Reduce technical debt by implementing best coding practices and quality improvements.* Leverage AI-powered development tools such as **GitHub Copilot**, **Devin**, or similar solutions to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation.* Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose technical improvements.* Support backend and frontend development activities following modern engineering standards.* Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.* Document technical solutions and developments using tools such as **JIRA**, **Confluence**, and **ALM**.* Collaborate with production support teams when required to resolve technical issues.* Ensure applications comply with cybersecurity, quality, and development standards.Qualifications**Required Skills & Experience*** Minimum **3 years of professional experience** as a Software Developer or Code Analyst.* Strong experience with: + Java + Spring Boot + JavaScript + Maven + Node.js (JADE/Pug) + HTML + Oracle Database + REST APIs and Microservices* Experience working with: + Git + CI/CD pipelines + DevOps practices* Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: + GitHub Copilot + Devin + Similar AI coding assistants* Proven experience improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and increasing development efficiency.* Strong knowledge of application security and code quality tools such as: + SonarQube + Fortify* Experience working in Agile software development environments.**Nice to Have*** Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.* Knowledge of Treasury or Financial Services products.* Ability to understand and translate business analyst requirements into technical solutions.* Interest in emerging technologies, AI, and modern programming practices.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.* Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.**Languages*** **Spanish:** C1 minimum (required)* **English:** B1 minimum (B2 preferred)**Education**Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics**, or a related technical field.
