Responsibilities

• Define AI-enabled localization and linguist operating models.
• Optimize translation memories, terminology, prompts, and language assets.
• Develop best practices for linguist and AI collaboration.
• Establish linguistic quality standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Use edit-distance analysis and data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Partner with Production, Delivery, Quality, and Technology teams.
• Engage directly with Japanese clients and communicate process improvements.
• Evaluate emerging AI and localization technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality and scalability.
