Electronic Arts in Madrid invites a creative Communications Content Specialist to join our QA/Standards communications team. You will craft finished visual and written content for EA teams and the player communities, with ownership from first brief.

You will produce playtest emails, newsletters, leadership presentations, and channel content, using generative AI to scale templates and maintain a consistent voice across EA’s player-facing materials.

Formación

• A portfolio showing range across presentations, layouts, player-facing work, video, or motion.
• Hands-on generative AI experience in creative production.
• Adapts voice and tone for players, leadership, and teams across EA.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent, plus video/motion tools.
• Genuine interest in games and their communities.

Responsabilidades

• Produce playtest emails, panel messages, community updates, and localisation-ready versions.
• Produce newsletters, leadership presentations, and channel content.
• Use generative AI to create and refine content, and build templates and prompt libraries.
• Contribute fresh ideas, share progress, and close loops on all deliverables.
