Biorce in Barcelona is seeking a Product Owner to drive our AI-driven clinical trial solutions. You will transform complex clinical workflows into automated, user-friendly features that enhance study safety and efficiency.

You will bridge scientific rigor and technical execution, own the backlog, prioritise work for the engineering squad, and align with scientific, design and data teams to deliver the right features for the right users in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/Manager in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, Monitoring, RBQM/RBM, or Clinical Operations.
• Ability to translate complex data workflows into user-centric requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain complex topics to technical teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: lead the monitoring product across discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Backlog management: translate goals into a clear, prioritised backlog and actionable user stories for the engineering squad.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate with Scientific, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure feasibility and coherence.
• Requirement Refinement: break down complex workflows into structured, simple requirements.
• Performance Optimisation: continuously improve product performance based on feedback from live studies and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Reference: act as the primary product reference point for your squad.
