Job summary

Goodweek is seeking a Product Manager in Madrid to own a product area end to end, shaping the roadmap with the Head of Product and aligning stakeholders as the company scales. You will run discovery, define outcomes, and track key metrics for your scope.

You’ll manage the backlog and rituals with your squad, collaborate with Sales/Marketing on go-to-market, and push for data-informed decisions in a fast-growing, AI-powered product environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Agile/Scrum product teams with backlog ownership.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and build dashboards.
• Understanding of web and SaaS products and API basics.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, ideally AI-powered or data-intensive products.
• Curiosity about AI trends and product best practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap with the Head of Product and set clear priorities.
• Run discovery with interviews, tests, journey mapping, and data analysis.
• Define outcomes and metrics for your scope and track them.
• Take features from idea to launch and iterate based on results.
• Maintain the squad backlog, user stories, and rituals to ship work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM.
• Communicate roadmap and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
