Fadata Group is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to guide the design, build, and delivery of production-ready AI solutions focused on LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG systems, and AI automation. You will mentor the AI Engineering team and work closely with product managers to deliver scalable capabilities in enterprise environments.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong software skills, practical AI experience, and a business-oriented approach to innovate while maintaining production

Formación

• Hands-on with production AI/LLM apps and workflows.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar orchestration tech.
• Experience designing RAG architectures and vector DB integrations.
• Understanding of AI agents, orchestration patterns, tool calling, and context management.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably AWS Bedrock.
• Strong reliability, validation, monitoring, and governance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready AI solutions using LLMs and agentic technologies.
• Develop AI workflows, orchestration layers, RAG pipelines, and AI automation capabilities.
• Build scalable AI services, APIs, and integrations using Python and modern backend practices.
• Prototype, iterate, and productionize AI capabilities in a fast-moving environment.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, tool usage, and structured AI outputs.
• Develop evaluation, validation, testing, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms for AI reliability.
• Contribute to AI governance, observability, security, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects to align AI solutions with platform architecture.
• Work with Product Managers to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the AI Engineering team.
• Support alignment and quality of engineering practices.
• Participate in technical interviews and onboarding of engineers.
