Allianz Technology's AI Factory seeks an Engagement Manager to bridge Operating Entities and funded AI projects. You will shape demand, align with local and global teams, and drive engagements from idea to handover.

You will lead stakeholders up to CTO and Board level, coordinate across squads, and ensure value delivery while managing scope and relationships. Fluency in English is essential, with GenAI familiarity a strong advantage.

Formación

• Degree in business, management, technology or related field; experience steering delivery or programmes in a large organization.
• Senior enough for OE leadership and Head of IT conversations, technically able to follow build and scope cuts.
• Strong stakeholder, business-framing and roadmap-shaping skills for executive audiences.
• Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or regulated environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and drive in a build-up environment.
• English fluency in written and spoken.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Form a half-pizza squad with Forward Deployed Engineers for OE engagements, with local IT/global verticals.
• Shape and execute OE demand: make AI Factory capability visible, map reusable building blocks to pains, and turn into funded engagements.
• Steer multiple engagements in parallel across full lifecycle, transferring patterns and lessons.
• Cut scope where it does not earn its place, validate assumptions fast, and adjust course as work unfolds.
• Own the build-to-run handover to global service or local IT, with run team involvement during delivery.
• Own the OE relationship after go-live and prepare structured communications for senior stakeholders up to CTO/Board.
