McKinsey & Company Madrid is offering a 6-week data science internship to learn applied AI and analytics by doing, contributing to real client solutions from day one. You will join a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and technologists to build and evaluate analytical and AI solutions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across ML, data analysis, and AI engineering, with close mentorship and opportunities to grow within a global data science community in Madrid.

Formación

• Student in penultimate year of studies, graduating 2027.
• Foundational ML concepts and statistics; eager to gain hands-on experience.
• Data quality assessment and exploratory data analysis with guidance.
• Familiar with GenAI tooling and basic agentic AI frameworks; eager to learn LLMs.
• Proficient in writing modular code; basic CI/CD and MLOps awareness; Python or R a plus.
• Quality and risk mindset; awareness of fairness, explainability, hallucination, and human oversight.
• Experience in cross-functional teams; strong time management.
• Available to work full-time during a 6-week internship.
• Strong English and Spanish communication; adapt style to audience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in building and evaluating analytical and AI solutions with close guidance.

• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and industry experts to deliver AI and analytics solutions.
• Help develop scalable enterprise AI capabilities and production-ready solutions.
