seQura is seeking a Data & AI Governance Specialist to help build the foundations for trusted data and AI. You will work at the intersection of business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security to translate complex requirements into clear workflows and technical solutions.

You will collaborate with domain stewards and analytics teams to codify governance practices, metadata standards and model inventories while enabling self-service analytics and responsible AI across the organization.

Formación

• Translate business, legal or privacy requirements into practical technical solutions.
• 2–5 years in Data Governance, Data Quality Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI Operations or related area.
• Experience implementing governance policies in real systems.
• Experience operating data catalog, metadata or documentation tools.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across domains.
• Analytical skills to trace data quality issues in pipelines.
• Self-service mindset with standards and automation over gatekeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a unified data dictionary and clear metric definitions.
• Implement automated data quality checks across pipelines.
• Manage the data catalog, model inventory and registry.
• Provide templates, training, tooling to Data Champions and AI Owners.
• Bridge Legal, Privacy, Security with Data & AI teams for compliance.
• Foster a culture of quality and responsible AI with automation.
