seQura is seeking a Data & AI Governance Specialist to build self‑service analytics foundations and governance workflows across business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security teams. You will partner with the Data Governance Lead to implement practical systems, metadata, quality standards and documentation to enable safe, autonomous data and AI use.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Engineering, Analytics Engineering or AI Operations.
• Experience translating business, legal or privacy requirements into practical governance solutions.
• Experience with automated data quality tests and modern data catalog/tools.
• Strong communication across stakeholders in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Build practical governance systems, metadata, documentation and ownership for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security and Data teams to support GDPR, SOC 2 and EU AI Act readiness.
• Develop templates, tooling and documentation to empower domain pods.
• Maintain data catalog, model inventories and lineage across pipelines and reports.
• Translate complex requirements into clear workflows and technical solutions.
• Support audits and governance enablement through automation and standardization.
