Sherpas in Spain seeks a senior content and product marketing lead to own video, blog, social, events and the company voice. You will script, direct, and produce short-form video, write product updates, and translate roadmap into client-facing communication.

You will work largely autonomously, collaborating with product planning, running webinars for B2B audiences, and leveraging AI to publish at a pace of a small team.

Formación

• You use AI tools every day to produce content at a pace a team of three would struggle to match.
• You have scripted and produced video content that performed — short-form, product-led, or educational.
• You write with clarity and a point of view.
• You are comfortable in product planning sessions and turning roadmap into a communication plan.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Self-sufficient with no marketing department around you.
• Background in fintech, wealth management, or a related regulated domain.
• Experience running webinars or live product demos for a B2B audience.
• Existing presence or network in wealth management or RIA space.
• A marketing degree or agency background.
• A team under you to get started.

Responsabilidades

• Script, direct, and produce — or closely supervise production of — short-form video content.
• Write blogs and long-form content with a point of view that resonates with advisors.
• Translate the product roadmap into client-facing communications and release notes.
• Manage LinkedIn and other channels with original, not scheduled, content.
• Coordinate Sherpas presence at events and run product webinars for clients and prospects.
• Maintain the Sherpas voice across every surface.
