Sherpas is building the AI-driven content engine for wealth management. This role owns video, blog, social, product marketing, and events with full ownership.

You will produce short-form video, long-form content, and client-facing communications, shaping the narrative across multiple channels while preserving the Sherpas voice. You will work closely with product and management, leading campaigns, webinars, and live demos for a B2B audience and leveraging a fintech background to communicate

Formación

• Uses AI tools daily to produce content at pace
• Has scripted and produced video content that performed well
• Writes with clarity and a strong point of view
• Participates in product planning and translates it into a communication plan
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Self-sufficient with no large marketing department
• Background in fintech/wealth management or can learn technical domains quickly
• Experience running webinars or live product demos for B2B audiences
• Existing presence or network in wealth management or RIA space
• Marketing background with demonstrable outputs
• Able to lead a team once established

Responsabilidades

• Script, direct, and produce or closely supervise short-form video content
• Write and publish blog and long-form content with a clear point of view
• Translate product roadmaps into client-facing communications
• Own social presence with original, non-reposted content
• Coordinate Sherpas presence at events and run product webinars
• Maintain a consistent Sherpas voice across every surface
