Sherpas is building the AI-powered content engine for wealth management. This role owns video, blog, social, product marketing and events with real ownership, crafting content that resonates with advisors and clients.

You will script, produce, and guide content that educates the audience, demonstrates product value, and maintains a sharp, credible Sherpas voice across channels. Fluent English and Spanish are required; fintech or regulated domain experience is a plus.

Formación

• Experience scripting and producing video content that performed well.
• Clear, concise writing with a point of view.
• Comfortable in product planning sessions and turning roadmap into a communication plan.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Self-sufficient; minimal marketing structure.
• Fintech, wealth management, or regulated domain background.

• Video and short-form content: script, direct, produce or supervise production.
• Blog and long-form content with a clear point of view; avoid SEO filler.
• Product marketing alignment: translate roadmap into client-facing communication.
