Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire a Product Manager/Technical Project Manager based in Spain. You will own the quota management domain for a sophisticated AI cloud platform and drive the product from discovery to delivery, collaborating with engineering on APIs and policy enforcement.

You will define roadmap, metrics, and adoption strategies, while making quota processes transparent and low-friction for customers in a fast-paced, international environment with strong English

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in cloud infrastructure or technically complex B2B environments.
• Experience owning products end-to-end from discovery to delivery and impact measurement.
• Strong technical understanding to collaborate on APIs, control-plane systems, resource models, and policy enforcement.
• Excellent customer discovery, feedback interpretation, and prioritization skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and adoption strategy for quota management.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify pain points and prioritize improvements.
• Own quota policies and automation, including default limits and approval rules.
• Improve the quota lifecycle from requests to communications of outcomes.
• Make quota management transparent and low-friction for customers while enabling internal policy tools.
• Own the Capacity Dashboard and Capacity Advisor API for visibility before launching workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions and APIs.
• Define and monitor product metrics to evaluate adoption and operational impact.
• Identify opportunities to automate approvals and reduce manual workflows.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
