TD SYNNEX Spain in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support IT and digital projects, with emphasis on AI, cloud, and automation. You will bridge business and IT teams, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication.

You will help plan, track milestones, risks, and budgets; translate business needs into technical tasks; and contribute to data handling, scripting or automation as relevant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on exposure to technical environments (AI, cloud, or development).
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate; Power Platform a plus).
• Strong communication and proactive, organized nature.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of IT and technical projects.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Serve as bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and insights (Excel, Power BI).
• Organize meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and resources across projects.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and AI use cases.
