Roche is looking for an AI and Automation Engineer in Information Security Governance to bridge advanced security expertise with scalable, self-service tooling. You will design AI agents and low-code solutions that make risk management proactive and user-friendly across Roche.

In this role you own the AI stewardship and RAG pipelines, optimize prompts, and automate IRAAM, PETRA, and OIA workflows, collaborating with Security and Privacy experts to translate policy into reliable, data-driven

Formación

• AI/ML engineering experience in security or enterprise automation.
• Experience engineering data pipelines and AI models for grounded advisory outputs.
• Strong knowledge of low-code platforms and enterprise software
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare or finance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development and roadmap of internal AI-based advisory tools.
• Build data pipelines to ingest diverse sources into AI models for grounded advisory.
• Prompt engineering & tuning to ensure secure, brand-aligned outputs.
• Leverage low-code platforms to build front-end interfaces for 24/7 security guidance.
• Identify bottlenecks in IRAAM/PETRA/OIA workflows and automate solutions.
• Maintain and optimize tools ensuring reliable data aggregation from Snowflake, Thoughtspot, and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Security and Privacy Experts to translate deep knowledge into automation.
