Confidential Careers is seeking an AI & Analytics Analyst who can translate business questions into analyses, models, and evidence-based decisions. You will perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses, build and maintain notebooks, SQL queries, and dashboards using Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or Tableau, and collaborate across data teams to drive actionable insights.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, BI, or analytical automation.
• Python and advanced SQL; Power BI, Tableau, or another BI tool.
• Statistics, supervised/unsupervised machine learning, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency with notebooks, repositories, version control, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Ontology, Contour, Workshop), Databricks, or Azure—or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Best practices in data quality, privacy, security, and AI governance.
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Quantitative Economics. High level of English proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses for business use cases.
• Development of notebooks, SQL queries, transformations, visualizations, and reusable analytical components in Palantir Foundry.
• Support the building, evaluation, and monitoring of AI models, maintaining metrics, assumptions, and technical evidence.
• Design dashboards and executive narratives with conclusions, recommendations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with business squads, data engineering, data governance, and technology providers.
