Confidential Careers seeks an AI & Analytics Analyst to turn business questions into analyses, models, and evidence-based decisions. You will perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses and develop notebooks, SQL queries, and visualizations in Palantir Foundry.

You will design dashboards, support AI model evaluation, and collaborate with data governance, engineering, and technology teams to drive evidence-based decisions. English proficiency is preferred for global collaboration.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, BI, or analytical automation.
• Python and advanced SQL; Power BI, Tableau, or another BI tool.
• Statistics, supervised/unsupervised machine learning, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency with notebooks, repositories, version control, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Ontology, Contour, Workshop), Databricks, or Azure or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Best practices in data quality, privacy, security, and AI governance.
• High level of English proficiency preferred.

• Collaborate with business squads, data engineering, data governance, and technology providers.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, BI, or analytical automation.
