Qualifyze seeks an AI Agents Engineer in Barcelona to scale business processes with data-driven AI/automation solutions. You will work across business, data, and tech, designing end-to-end solutions and ensuring production readiness with DevOps practices.

The role sits in the BI team within Finance, collaborating with cross-functional teams while delivering measurable efficiency gains and ROI.

Formación

• Strong programming in Python and/or Java, with SQL for automation and integration.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience executing automations.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI agents, including production workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business teams to understand processes and identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, feasibility, risks, and ROI.
• Map and analyze current processes, data flows, and tooling to enable scalability.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions from PoC to production.
• Develop AI-based systems such as intelligent routing and workflow orchestration.
• Prepare solutions for DevOps handover with containerization and deployment practices.
• Establish monitoring for quality, performance, and safety of AI agents.
