Zoi is expanding across Europe and seeks leaders to drive high-impact AI transformations for manufacturing and retail clients. You will spearhead end-to-end initiatives from presales to enterprise execution, serving as a trusted advisor to executives and shaping architectural decisions to accelerate value.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, assess data readiness, and ensure alignment with security, legal, and regulatory requirements across diverse industries.

Formación

• Executive-level consulting experience with confidence to advise C-level leadership.
• Proven ability to navigate large organizations and drive transformation.
• Familiar with manufacturing/retail environments and SAP or ERP programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from presales and POCs to enterprise execution.
• Advise executives on AI adoption pace and architectural decisions.
• Direct resources, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for value delivery.
• Assess data readiness, security posture, and regulatory considerations.

What You Do

• Lead High-Impact AI Transformations: Spearhead end-to-end AI initiatives from initial presales and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to full enterprise execution, shaping the roadmap for strategic client success.
• Empower & Guide Enterprise Clients: Serve as a trusted advisor to help executives set the right pace for AI adoption, advising them on achieving goals faster while identifying critical, non-reversible architectural decisions.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Talent: Direct resources, timeline, and stakeholder alignment to foster innovation, team engagement, and deliver measurable business value.
• Evaluate Data & Ecosystem Readiness: Assess complex system landscapes, data infrastructure readiness, security posture, and legal regulations to define what AI can uniquely solve.
• Drive Strategic Leadership & Advocacy: Confidently guide conversation and push back when necessary to maintain focus, realistic expectations, and long-term strategic alignment.

Who You Are

• Trusted Advisor & Executive Presence: Demonstrated strategic consulting experience with the confidence to advise C-level leadership, establish direction, and navigate complex organizational landscapes (1,000 to 15,000+ employees).
• Big-Picture Technology & Data Foundation: Strong background in IT and data systems, understanding enterprise system architectures, data infrastructure, and security/privacy regulations from a strategic macro perspective.
• Strategic AI & Ecosystem Integration: A sharp architectural mindset capable of bridging processes, data, and system landscapes, focusing on high-impact transformation rather than getting bogged down in minor operational details.
• Domain & Enterprise Fluency: Proven familiarity with complex environments (e.g., manufacturing, retail, SAP, or modern ERP transformations) to quickly align with client operations.
• Communication & Language Mastery: Business-fluent German (C1+) and English, with great communication skills.
