Accenture is hiring a Senior Agentic AI Lead in Barcelona to architect and deliver enterprise-grade autonomous agent systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, define technical visions, and drive client outcomes across multiple industries, including pharma, finance, and public sectors.

You will mentor engineers, co-innovate with clients, and contribute to the hub’s thought leadership in Barcelona, participating in industry events and partnerships. Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Formación

• 8+ years in applied AI/ML roles, with leadership experience
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong software engineering foundation: Python, API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience leading multi-agent systems and agent orchestration
• Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into enterprise outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Agentic AI solutions for global clients across industries
• Architect multi-agent systems with tool calling and orchestration
• Define the technical vision for agent architectures and guardrails
• Co-innovate with clients through workshops and rapid prototyping
• Mentor AI engineers and consultants to foster technical excellence
• Shape the Hub’s identity through publications and events in Barcelona
