Job summary

CrowdFarming is seeking a content strategist to translate agronomic data into compelling campaigns in Madrid. You will drive organic channel strategy and craft stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

You will turn soil health, water use, and biodiversity data into social content, articles, and product storytelling, while engaging in five languages to defend science without defensiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Biology, Journalism or Communications with published work in science or environmental communication.
• Fluent English and German (C1); Spanish or French is a plus.
• Strong interest in EU agricultural policy and online information spread.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid with readiness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategy for impact channels using organic outreach, avoiding paid media.
• Turn agronomic data into engaging content across social, articles, and product storytelling.
• Attend field events to capture footage and quotes for authentic storytelling.
• Engage with the community in multiple languages to defend science without sounding defensive.
