CrowdFarming in Madrid seeks a content strategist who can translate agronomic data into stories that move people to action. You’ll read farmer reports and turn them into campaigns that aim to engage thousands across organic channels.

You’ll be in the field and online, handling multilingual community conversations while shaping strategy and content that explains complex farming topics clearly and honestly.

Formación

• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Biology, Journalism or Communications with published work in science or environmental communication.
• Fluent English and native/C1 German; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Strong interest in EU agricultural policy and online dissemination.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign strategy: lead daily strategy for organic impact channels and decide what to fight about each month.
• Content creation: convert agronomic data into engaging content for social posts and articles.
• Field work: gather footage and quotes from field events and policy hearings.
• Community management: engage in multilingual comments, defend science without defensiveness.
