Responsabilidades Principales :

• Organización y gestión de las operaciones diarias en campo.
• Asignación y coordinación de tareas para el equipo de trabajo en campo.
• Monitoreo del rendimiento de los cultivos e identificación de problemas, en colaboración con un asesor de cultivos.
• Asegurar la ejecución eficiente de los planes operativos.
• Elaboración de informes de progreso y actualizaciones periódicas para la dirección.

Perfil del Candidato/a :

• Reciente graduado/a o profesional en etapa inicial con título en Ingeniería Agrónoma o campo relacionado.
• Entusiasmo por el trabajo práctico en campo y el trabajo en equipo.
• Habilidades organizativas y de coordinación.
• Actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo.
• Transporte propio, ya que los lugares de trabajo están ubicados en el área del Maresme.
