Computadoras, Redes e Ingeniería, SA is offering a two-year graduate program to develop a Data Engineer. The role emphasizes data extraction, modeling, and dashboards across multiple business domains.

You will rotate through assignments, gaining exposure to Design, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing teams. The programme stresses leadership development and collaboration, with a path toward a full Data Engineer position after completion.

Formación

• Engineering degree level or equivalent within STEM learning paradigm.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in data engineering, data analytics or process automation.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python or R and Cloud Data ecosystems are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, clean, and harmonize cross-functional datasets from Design, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Testing.
• Design, build, and maintain data inference models and dashboards for data-driven decision-making by leadership teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate manual data workflows to improve speed and data reliability.
• Structure, pipeline, and optimize data environments to prepare for AI and ML deployment.
• Monitor data quality and governance to ensure secure data availability across departments.
• Serve as a link between IT/IM infrastructure and core business units translating needs into scalable data solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Data Exploitation & Engineering: Extract, clean, and harmonize cross-functional datasets from diverse business areas (Design, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Testing).
• Decision Support Systems: Design, build, and maintain data inference models and dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making across leadership teams.
• Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies and automate manual data workflows to improve operational speed and data reliability.
• AI Readiness: Structure, pipeline, and optimize existing data environments to prepare the organization for the seamless implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor data quality and governance, ensuring accurate and secure data availability across departments.
• You will learn to act as the vital link between IT/IM infrastructure and core business units (Engineering, Finance, Operations), translating complex operational needs into scalable data solutions, making the ETL/ELT pipeline design and workflow orchestration, data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts, and about Version control systems (Git).

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Data Engineer!

What we are looking for

• An Engineering degree level or equivalent within STEM learning paradigm
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of data engineering, data analytics or process automation
• Experience with Power BI (advanced dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling), SQL, Python or R and Cloud Data rcosystems are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English). Other languages are a plus
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
