Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Madrid is launching a two-year Global Graduate development journey for an Air to Air Refuelling Systems Engineer. The program blends hands-on rotations with leadership and technical workshops to shape future engineers.

The role focuses on Air to Air refuelling techniques, automation, and the development of fluid dynamics, electromechanical, and computer vision technologies, with your growth driven from day one.

Formación

• Degree in aeronautical and aircraft systems or equivalent.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

What you will be doing

• Air to Air refuelling techniques and systems associated
• Air to Air refuelling way to automation and autonomy.

and will be involved in the development of technologies such as:

• Fluid dynamics systems
• Electromechanical systems
• High computing systems for critical functions
• Computer vision techniques
• Modelization of complex physical systems

While working in the different areas of the Air to Air refuelling capability:

• Fuel and Hose and drogue systems
• Boom systems
• Vision systems and Utilities
• Software development

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Air to Air refuelling Systems engineer.

What we are looking for

• A degree level or equivalent within aeronautical and aircraft systems field
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Aeronautical and aircraft systems field
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

STATEMENT : This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
