Isg Personalmanagement is seeking an Agentic Product Owner to drive AI-native product development. You will own an end-to-end sub-domain, shaping roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes with AI-ready requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years in product ownership or system/business analysis.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

In this Agentic Product Owner role, you drive AI-native product development in a fast-paced environment. You own an end-to-end sub-domain, shaping roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes. You validate concepts with AI tools, craft AI-ready requirements, and verify system behavior to accelerate delivery. You collaborate with engineers, UX, QA, and leadership to refine processes and AI workflows. This role offers high autonomy in a startup/scale-up context with a tangible impact on how we build software.

• Own a product sub-domain end-to-end: roadmap, priorities, and outcomes
• Create structured user stories and acceptance criteria suitable for AI workflows
