Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or master's with applied research in ML/NLP.
• Strong Python and SQL; solid testing and version control.
• 1-3 years post-PhD or masters in ML/NLP/agentic systems.
• Understanding of language-model techniques and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Ability to work with heterogeneous clinical data and trace outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver LLM-driven, agentic workflows for trial planning and reporting.
• Write production-grade Python and SQL; build pipelines and services.
• Integrate structured/unstructured clinical data with provenance and safety.
• Build reproducible experiments; evaluate models and strategies.
• Collaborate with CRAs, clinical scientists, medical monitors, and ops teams.
• Track advances in AI fields and present results to stakeholders.
