Accenture is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design and deploy intelligent agents that transform enterprise operations. You will work hands-on while guiding strategic architecture to support adoption and governance across clients, building memory-enabled systems and integrating with major enterprise tools.

The role blends engineering execution with client-facing impacts. You will contribute to memory systems, RAG pipelines, API integrations, and end-to-end production systems from model tuning

Formación

• 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with client-facing experience.
• 2+ years in Generative AI, 1+ year building/deploying agentic or multi-agent systems
• Strong communication and delivery orientation.
• Proven API integration experience with enterprise tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy intelligent agents that transform organizational operations.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, SaaS tools and multi-source data layers.
• Develop end-to-end prototypes and production systems from model tuning to backend and UI integration.
• Apply AgentOps and MLOps: versioning, evaluation, observability, security, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into working code and measurable outcomes.
