Accenture is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design and deploy intelligent agents that transform enterprise operations. You will work hands-on while guiding strategic architecture to support adoption and governance across clients, building memory-enabled systems and integrating with major enterprise tools.

The role blends engineering execution with client-facing impacts. You will contribute to memory systems, RAG pipelines, API integrations, and end-to-end production systems from model tuning

Formación

• 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with client-facing experience.
• 2+ years in Generative AI, 1+ year building/deploying agentic or multi-agent systems
• Strong communication and delivery orientation.
• Proven API integration experience with enterprise tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field

In this role, you design and deploy intelligent agents that transform organizational operations and scale enterprise platforms. You work hands-on while guiding strategic architecture to support enterprise adoption and governance. You’ll build memory-enabled agent systems, integrate with major enterprise tools, and drive end-to-end prototyping and production deployments. The role blends engineering execution with customer-facing impacts, shaping agentic AI capabilities across clients.

• Implement memory systems (episodic, semantic, procedural, long-term) using vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG pipelines
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, SaaS tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) and multi-source data layers
• Develop end-to-end prototypes and production systems from model tuning to backend and UI integration
• Apply AgentOps and MLOps: versioning, evaluation, observability, security, and guardrails for reliable deployment
• Define agentic architectures and reusable components to accelerate cross-client adoption
• Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into working code and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to engineering community by codifying patterns, frameworks, and accelerators
• 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with client-facing experience
• 2+ years in Generative AI, 1+ year building/deploying agentic or multi-agent systems
• Proven API integration experience, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of memory engineering, data layer design, and multi-agent coordination
• Knowledge of security, Responsible AI, and enterprise-scale scalability
• Strong communication and delivery skills with both technical and executive audiences
