KCS IT seeks an experienced Agentic AI Specialist to design, deploy and govern AI agents and automation solutions. You will lead lifecycle governance, integrate with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint and enterprise apps, and provide 2nd/3rd line support in a secure, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services, plus stakeholder collaboration across multiple rails of IT governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience in solution design, development, administration or technical support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a roadmap for AI agent administration, governance, deployment, support and adoption.
• Define standards and processes for the AI agent lifecycle, including naming, documentation, testing, approval, publishing, monitoring, review and retirement.
• Advise on AI licensing, consumption, architecture, platform configuration and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Translate strategic recommendations into practical technical configurations and operational processes.
• Administer Microsoft Agent 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot in a secure, reliable and compliant enterprise environment.
• Support the administration of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, connectors and gateways.
• Manage agent configuration, permissions, publishing, monitoring, reporting and lifecycle.
• Manage the organisation's Agent Store and agent catalogue.
• Design, build, test, deploy and support AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop both low-code and custom-developed AI agents according to business requirements.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services and enterprise applications.
• Optimise AI solutions for performance, reliability, security and business value.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for Copilot and AI-agent related issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents, access issues, configuration problems, integrations and performance issues

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience in solution design, development, administration or technical support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, deploying and supporting AI agents, chatbots or automation solutions.
• Experience with 2nd and 3rd line enterprise technical support, including incident and problem management.
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, agent lifecycle management processes or AI platform operating models.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI-agent architecture, orchestration, governance and lifecycle management.
• Ability to develop both low-code and custom AI agents.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, Azure and enterprise applications.
• Experience across multiple technical areas, including solution architecture, development, platform administration, governance and operational support.
• Strong knowledge of AI security, compliance, access control, monitoring and responsible AI.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
