Roche Diagnostics Solutions is seeking a Data and Automation Engineer to drive data modernization and automation across global R&D and enterprise systems. You will bridge data engineering with business processes, enabling scalable data foundations and intelligent automation.

In this role you will collaborate with IT, scientists, and engineers to deliver data products, ensure data integrity, and support cross-time-zone collaboration, with occasional travel to Roche sites in Europe and the US.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, automation, or similar role.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript or C#; strong SQL/NoSQL skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data integration tools.
• Excellent command of English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge data engineering and business process analysis to enable automated, data-driven workflows.
• Lead data product ownership and deliver insights through visualizations for decision making.
• Collaborate with IT, R&D, and business units across global sites to improve tool ecosystems.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security across platforms.
