Selection Med in Marbella is seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join a dynamic, international team and specialise in the Costa del Sol.

You will build relationships with property owners and international buyers, develop your own market area, and benefit from professional marketing and strong brand support.

English and Spanish fluency is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base. If you are ambitious and commercially driven, this is your platform for growth.

Formación

• Previous experience in real estate is highly valued.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with property owners and international buyers.
• Promote and sell properties across Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús and surrounding areas.
• Own and grow your designated market area with professional marketing support.

Selection Med is expanding its team in Marbella.

We are looking for experienced and ambitious Real Estate Agents who want to develop their career within a dynamic, international company and specialise in some of the most important areas of the Costa del Sol:

We are particularly interested in agents who understand the local market, are commercially driven, proactive and capable of building strong relationships with both property owners and international buyers.

Who we are looking for

Previous experience in real estate is highly valued, particularly within the Marbella and Costa del Sol market. We are looking for people with strong communication and negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear focus on results.

Knowledge of English and Spanish is highly desirable. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
