Formación

Join our After-Sales Department as an After-Sales Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d), delivering specialized technical support both remotely and on-site. You’ll ensure seamless performance and maintenance of Palfinger equipment—hydraulic cranes, polybooms, and aerial platforms—while upholding our commitment to excellence and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to the dealer network to ensure equipment operates efficiently
  • Monitor and manage follow-ups on service campaigns and specific action items
  • Translate and distribute technical documentation to the relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in training sessions in Spain and Austria to maintain and enhance technical expertise
  • Deliver hands-on technical training covering repair and commissioning of equipment to dealer personnel as needed
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in after-sales service or maintenance of heavy machinery
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronic systems, including troubleshooting with diagnostic tools
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, managing complex situations under pressure while ensuring quality standards both remotely and on -site
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset and focus on achieving shared goals
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1 level) both spoken and writen
