Onnera Group, a leading industrial group in professional hospitality solutions, is seeking a SAT Technician for its Madrid branch. You will report to the After‑Sales Director and ensure the optimal operation of the After‑Sales Service in assigned areas.

Responsibilities include analyzing call reception, visiting clients, training subcontracted personnel, coordinating after‑sales activities, and providing technical support to distributors and service partners.

Formación

• Higher Degree/FP2 preferably with electrical/electronic knowledge.
• Experience in industrial environments and production areas.
• Languages: English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the reception of calls and the status of pending calls, analyzing their causes and scheduling their resolution.
• Frequently visit clients to understand problems and ensure satisfaction with the service.
• Train subcontracted technical service personnel and distributor technicians.
• Supervise, coordinate, and control the after‑sales of direct works in the assigned areas, organizing necessary resources.
• Provide the necessary technical support to distributors and subcontracted services addressing operational and repair questions.
