Job summary

Mirasol Media Group is seeking a skilled Mediabuys specialist to optimize dating traffic across multiple platforms from its Barcelona office. You will run campaigns, conduct A/B tests and manage budgets, while seeking new traffic sources.

Fluent English and at least 2 years in mediabuys are essential, with strong analytics and tracking know-how. This role offers international exposure and professional growth within an energetic team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for written and spoken communication.
• Minimum 2+ years in Mediabuys, preferably in dating or adult vertical.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Knowledge of tracking implementations (pixel and server-to-server).
• Experience with buying from multiple sources (banner, email, native, push) on CPC/CPM.
• Familiarity with major adult networks (Exoclick, TrafficStars, TrafficFactory, Taboola, Facebook, TikTok).
• Experience with Voluum, Binom, Redtrack or Adsbridge tracking tools.
• Basic HTML knowledge is required.

Required Skills and Knowledge
