DWS Group in Madrid seeks a Senior AFC & Compliance Officer to oversee local anti-financial crime and compliance for Spain. You will provide second-line oversight across the firm’s activities and serve as the primary contact for regulators.

The role requires 7+ years in compliance or related control functions, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to manage regulatory risk while partnering with business units. Hybrid working and a diverse culture are offered.

Formación

• 7+ years in Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime, Legal or Risk control in financial services.
• Experience interacting with regulators, senior management and governance committees.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as local AFC & Compliance Officer for DWS Spain branches and ensure implementation of the AFC & Compliance Framework.
• Provide independent oversight of regulatory requirements and advise senior management on risks and controls.
• Lead risk assessments, monitoring, and governance documentation for the Spanish entities.
• Support regulatory inspections and reporting to governance bodies.
