Aistech Space is seeking a RF Payload Systems Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary team in designing, analyzing, integrating and testing ENABLER payloads for our constellation. You will coordinate interfaces with satellite platforms and prepare missions for daily operations with Ground and User infrastructure teams.

We expect a proven track record in full payload system cycles, strong RF budgeting knowledge, and hands-on coding in Python on Linux within an agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
• Proven experience with a full payload system life cycle for a satellite mission, including RF payloads.
• Strong knowledge of RF performance budgeting and RF hardware design.
• Experience leading a technically diverse team of engineers/scientists.
• Proficient in Python and Linux; familiar with agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, analysis, integration and testing of ENABLER payloads.
• Coordinate interfaces between ENABLER payloads and satellite platforms.
• Develop payload budgets focusing on RF KPIs (RF link budget, power budget).
• Write reusable code and document it following internal standards.
• Collaborate with ground, user, and operations teams and suppliers.
• Contribute to documentation, proposals, and technical articles for internal use.
