Airbus Defence and Space SAU seeks a Senior Systems Engineer focused on Fuel, Inerting and Fire Protection Systems within its Combat portfolio. You will lead MBSE-driven architecture definitions, hazard analysis, and performance modelling for subsystems and equipment, liaising with Flight Test, Safety, and Airworthiness teams.

The role requires an engineering degree, experience with modelling tools, and strong collaboration across internal and external partners. English negotiation is essential.

Formación

• Engineering degree and systems engineering background expected.
• Experience with modelling tools (MBSE) and hydraulic/mechanical subsystems desirable.
• Knowledge of aerospace controls, monitoring and data analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in English for technical communication is required.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the definition of Fuel, Inerting & Fire Protection Systems architecture.
• Allocate functions, requirements, performance and integrity levels for subsystems and equipment.
• Model hydromechanical, functional, performance and thermal behaviour of systems.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors and internal Airbus groups.
• Prepare documentation for airworthiness, certification and qualification.
