Jobtailor seeks an experienced Aerospace Programme Manager to lead development programmes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and plan schedules, budgets, and risks to deliver on time and within scope.

You will manage customer interfaces, reporting activities, and cooperation with authorities and partners; drive technical reviews and milestones, support business development, and ensure compliance with certification, airworthiness, and quality requirements across national and international

Formación

• Proven experience managing aerospace or defence development programmes.
• Knowledge of certification and airworthiness processes is an asset.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and with customers/authorities.

• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and risks.

• Manage aerospace and defence aerial vehicle development programmes
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and risks

• Support business development, proposal preparation, and project planning
• Coordinate with certification, airworthiness, and regulatory authorities when required

• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing aerospace or defence development programmes
• Good understanding of aircraft development lifecycles
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes and project management methodologies
• Experience working with customers, authorities, and industrial partners
• Experience in international collaborative programmes is highly valued
• Knowledge of certification and airworthiness processes is an asset
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Advanced MS Office proficiency
• Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools
• Knowledge of Jira, Primavera, or other project management tools would be an asset
