Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include :
- Working with all stakeholders to define and deploy equipment and process standards for Customer safety critical fastening items.
- Collaboration with Plant Industrial Engineering teams to implement fastening standards and standard equipment.
- Coaching plant engineering teams on best practices and defined standards for safety critical items.
- Lead audits and support plants in the implementation and verification of fastening processes.
- Run the RPA program for fastener data verification and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and support the rollout of fastening-related innovations and automation solutions.
- Partner with Purchasing to develop key suppliers for fastening equipment.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Quality, Safety Engineering, EHS, and IT.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
- Technical University Degree.
- Understanding of screwing tools, processes and fastening strategies .
- High Standard of English language.
- Project management experience.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the role (max. 40% of the time, travels within Europe)
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communicator – comfortable in presenting to all levels within the business.
- Understanding of ergonomics.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and LPS / MES system.
