ExoGroup in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker) to drive growth in publishing/advertising. You will own the sales lifecycle, identify opportunities, and tailor value propositions for advertisers worldwide.

You will lead a team of business developers, manage CRM-driven processes, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and tech to optimize yield strategies and campaigns. Fluent English and Russian are required, with other languages valued.

Formación

• Fluent English and Russian required; other languages valued.
• Proven BD, CRM management, or related experience with track record in new business and retention.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop a high-performing team.
• CRM expertise with hands-on implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full sales lifecycle: identify, qualify, meet, present value propositions, negotiate, and close deals with advertisers.
• Create and maintain a Sales Pipeline using a CRM system.
• Engage with prospects via Skype, Facebook, Telegram groups to generate opportunities.
• Develop monthly/quarterly growth plans for new clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify client needs and recommend yield strategies, optimal ad placements, formats, and technologies.
• Support onboarding and coordinate with account management, compliance, finance, and tech teams.
• Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations; ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Define and optimize CRM processes; implement data governance and lead management workflows.
