IKEA is seeking a strong AdTech Software Engineer (Backend) to join the Marketing Acquisition Team in Madrid, Spain. You will own end-to-end development of AdTech solutions, including data transfers to paid media channels and lookalike/retargeting efforts, while collaborating with Facebook, Google, and other channels.

The role emphasizes cloud-based data pipelines, DevOps practices, strong coding standards, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable, high-quality software across agile teams.

Competenze

• Experience in digital marketing integrations with paid media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
• Strong backend engineering with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows.
• Designs APIs, integrates systems, and builds scalable architectures.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• End-to-end production system design/operation.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external partners.
