Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Account Manager for its Spain Ads team to lead campaign execution from pre-sale to post results. The role covers building media plans, RFP responses, and ongoing client partnerships in collaboration with Sales Partners.

This 11-month assignment supports Spanish and English communications, with emphasis on performance reporting, asset coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across Ads Operations, Measurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management or Sales Planning in digital media.
• Experience with Sales Operations systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
• Strong English and Spanish communication; data-driven thinker.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-to-post sale campaign execution with Netflix Sales Partners.
• Build media plans and respond to RFPs around packaging and pricing.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on performance.
• Host Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners.
• Provide campaign performance reports to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce assets.
• Work with Ads Operations for order implementation and troubleshooting.
