Job summary

Domestiko.Com is seeking a recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, manage doctor engagement, and reach out to healthcare professionals to invite them to our market research studies.

The role requires a French native speaker with good English, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to follow up with panelists to ensure high participation rates. This is a full-time on-site position at our Madrid office.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.

• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned doctors using various communication channels.

• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
