Job summary

Montaner in Madrid is recruiting an awesome team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. You will recruit doctors and engage them for market research studies as part of our professional panel.

You will call doctors to invite them, follow up with panelists to maximize participation and ensure target rates using multiple communication channels. Fluency in French and good English, plus strong attention to detail and clear communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and some translations may be required.
