About the Role

We are seeking professional and dependable Freelancing Associates in Madrid to support our on-site identity verification and fingerprinting services.

In this role, you will work a few hours per day, 4–5 days a week at our office space in the city, assisting clients with their fingerprinting appointments. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the process, ensuring all documentation is handled securely, and maintaining a professional and organized environment.

Occasionally, you may also be required to travel within the city (typically within 10 minutes to 1 hour) to meet clients at their locations when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients visiting the office for fingerprinting and verification services
  • Handle and process documents securely and accurately
  • Maintain organized records of completed appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client comfort throughout the process
  • Occasionally travel locally to conduct on-site fingerprinting appointments (if required)
Requirements
  • Based in or around Madrid
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or document handling is an advantage (training provided)
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Proficient in English (Spanish knowledge is an asset)
  • Comfortable working onsite for 4–5 days per week
  • Possess a smartphone with internet access
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
