Formación

Responsibilities
  • Advanced level responsibilities as required to support the needs of the business.
  • Identify and communicate any issues that may indicate an increased risk to the business.
  • Liaising with accounting firms abroad.
  • Coordinating with CEO and subsidiaries.
  • Accounting cash management and Finance control.
  • Prepare and review monthly / quarterly management and KPI reporting.
  • Control and monitoring of invoicing.
  • Manage the receivables reports and send the statements to clients.
  • Accounting management and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain documentation to support account balances in a manner that facilitates the efficient review and audit of books and records.
  • Coordinate with our subsidiaries accounting partners.
  • Set up company dashboards.
  • Prepare payments and manage cash forecasts.
  • Employees expenses management.
  • Ensure VAT transactions are properly accounted for and recorded.
  • Regular communications with payroll subcontractor.
  • Prepare monthly payroll.
